How do I submit a cancellation request?

Please note that once your services are cancelled your data will be deleted from our servers. Please ensure you backup any important files prior to cancelling your services with us.

To request a cancellation, please log in to your Client Area

Then select the service from the middle section

Then click request Cancellation option

Your cancellation request will be handled by our system automatically.
